Job summary

Brex is seeking a deeply analytical, growth-minded Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our Paid Social engine with Meta as the core driver. Located in Seattle, this role blends data-driven decision making with creative testing to accelerate pipeline and efficiency.

You will partner across Brand, PMM, Analytics, and Sales to align performance with business impact, manage budgets, and build scalable audience models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with Meta as a primary channel.
• Experience owning a paid social channel end-to-end, including strategy, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, and how to connect metrics to business impact.
• Experience running full-funnel paid social programs from awareness to pipeline.
• Strong expertise in audience strategy and platform automation.
• Knowledge of conversion signals, Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, and CRM/offline data.
• Experience building structured experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding, and events.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta + emerging channel budgets and CAC efficiency across self-serve and sales-led motions.
• Improve conversion signals and offline tracking for optimization.
• Build a continuous, hypothesis-driven testing framework for audiences, bidding, and creatives.
• Develop paid social strategies for top-funnel demand and efficient lower-funnel conversions.
• Translate performance data into creative briefs and collaborate with Brand/Design to scale concepts.
• Use first-party data and lookalikes to identify high-value audiences and scale.
• Partner with Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Sales to tie paid social to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
