Job summary

Keepsafe Software is seeking a hands‑on paid growth leader to own and scale our performance marketing across mobile acquisition channels. You will lead strategy across ASA, Google Search, Display, DSPs, Meta and other networks, with a focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback targets.

You will build repeatable playbooks, develop revenue reporting tied to subscription revenue, and lead testing across audiences, creatives, and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer mobile apps with subscriptions
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar paid media budgets across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, DSPs and/or other mobile networks
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, MMPs, event tracking, cohort reporting, LTV modeling, ROAS, payback and incrementality
• Deep knowledge of campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, audience testing, creative testing, and channel optimization
• Strong creative instincts and experience producing, acquiring, briefing, testing, and iterating paid creative across static, video, UGC, and app-store assets
• Highly analytical and comfortable building dashboards, reporting workflows, and decision systems
• Fluent with AI tools and automation, with examples of using them to improve marketing execution or workflow speed
• Startup operating style: ownership, fast learning, strong judgment, turning goals into tests
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to explain performance tradeoffs clearly

Responsibilities

• Own paid growth strategy and execution across Social, ASA, Google Search, Display, DSPs, and other channels
• Build, test, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback and retention targets
• Establish revenue reporting and measurement systems linking spend to subscription revenue and LTV
• Develop repeatable testing frameworks for audiences, bids, budgets, creatives and channel expansion
• Lead performance creative strategy across channels from concept to testing and optimization
• Use AI tools to increase testing velocity, reporting quality, and operational leverage
• Identify adjacent growth opportunities like ASO, geo expansion, lifecycle, landing pages
• Build an operating rhythm for paid growth: weekly reviews, roadmaps, learnings, pacing
