Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a skilled PACS/IS specialist to provide outstanding technical support for radiology IT systems, including PACS, PowerScribe, and related software suites. You will train onboarding radiologists and technologists, while coordinating changes with IS.

The role requires collaboration across Radiology and IS departments and contributes to a nationally recognized healthcare network in the Los Angeles area. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in the management and support of healthcare information systems.
• Experience with radiology-specific health information systems is preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based archive applications and entailed processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary technical support to internal and external customers for PACS and radiology IT systems.
• Assist in onboarding radiologists and technologists through training.
• Participate in implementation of additions and changes to radiology applications, software, and hardware.
• Act as liaison between Radiology and Information Systems departments.
