Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a PACS & Radiant Analyst to support the imaging ecosystem across our facilities. You will provide day-to-day operational support for PACS, RIS, and imaging modalities, acting as the liaison between clinical users, IT, and vendors.

You will engage in project planning, system design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring imaging operations are stable and high-quality. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in IT in radiology are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in a progressive IT role in radiology or imaging.
• Working knowledge of radiology policies, procedures, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site and remote PACS/RIS support contact.
• Bridge clinical end users, IT, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Assist integration and configuration of imaging modalities and workstations.
• Coordinate device calibration and modality integrations.
• Participate in system lifecycle from build to go-live and support.
