Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. seeks a customer-service oriented professional to provide frontline support for radiology and imaging operations. You will help resolve imaging issues, ensure smooth PACS, Epic and Powerscribe workflows, and regularly visit assigned hospitals to support staff.

The role includes staff training, daily data maintenance, and disaster planning. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3 years of healthcare experience, with PACS or imaging

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in imaging or information systems.
• IT and/or technical expertise with PACS systems is preferred.
• Experience with imaging software and reporting, plus training with medical IS applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline imaging technology support to radiologists, technologists and imaging operations.
• Resolve imaging-related issues promptly and assist with PACS, Epic and Powerscribe workflows.
• Regularly round at assigned hospitals and participate in staff training, data maintenance and disaster planning.
