Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years diversified management experience in the printing industry with proven success in leading a facility.
• Excellent knowledge of managing full facility P&L.
• Strong budgeting and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to achieve optimal results.
• Develop and manage facility operations budgets and expenditures.
• Oversee and improve facility operations and coordination of maintenance.
• Ensure delivery of operations services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
