Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the St. Charles Labels operation, coordinating with Sales, Production, Prepress, Quality, Shipping, and other teams to meet service levels.

The role drives workflow efficiency, employee development, and accurate communication of customer requirements through manufacturing processes with flexographic, digital, hybrid, and UV printing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of management and supervisory experience.
• Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office and Google Platform.
• ERP system experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team to meet department objectives.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, staffing, and prioritization of orders.
• Balance workloads to prevent bottlenecks and service delays.
• Ensure effective communication between Customer Service and Sales, Production, and other teams.
• Support order coordination through manufacturing, including specs, proofs, timing and delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance for complex orders and scheduling conflicts.
