Job summary

Printron is seeking an Account Coordinator in Neenah, Wisconsin for a full-time, on-site role. You will serve as the primary contact for one or more customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Experience with corrugated graphics/prepress is a plus; DataFlex familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or corrugated graphics.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with structured workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to participate in customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, compile, and organize customer and internal order information to create accurate job tickets in the data entry system.
• Enter and maintain detailed job specifications using a variety of file formats and systems.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from order entry through final delivery.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams; support department and customer objectives in meetings or touchpoints.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in interpersonal interactions.
