Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional packaging or graphic design experience.
• Strong typography, composition, color, and product storytelling.
• Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimension and 3D visualization tools.
• Experience establishing packaging brand guidelines and style guides.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through production and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Familiar with AI-enabled tools used to accelerate ideation and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from ideation through final production for Monster High packaging.
• Develop sketches, graphic concepts, 3D mockups, renderings, and presentation visuals.
• Translate brand strategy and consumer insights into compelling packaging.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Copywriters, and global partners.
• Review production artwork and manage critical path to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Balance creative ambition with cost, schedule, and manufacturing realities.
