Qualifications

5+ years of professional packaging or graphic design experience.
Strong typography, composition, color, and storytelling skills.
Experience translating brand strategy into packaging visuals.
Experience with packaging design from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging design from ideation through production.
Create sketches, concepts, 3D renderings, and presentation visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Design, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, etc.).
Incorporate AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to accelerate ideation and visualization.
Maintain high creative bar and ensure design is cost-effective and producible.
