Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to shape the next generation of Monster High packaging. This hands-on leadership role blends graphic design excellence with structure, product presentation, and storytelling from concept through production.

You will lead ideation to final artwork, create 3D mockups and visualizations, and collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, and global partners. Strong AI-enabled tooling mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimension) is essential.
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering tools is highly valued.
• Ability to lead packaging projects from ideation through production.
