Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in packaging or graphic design, preferably in toys or consumer products.
• Proven ability to lead packaging projects from concept to production.
• Strong typography, color, composition, and storytelling skills.
• Experience establishing brand guidelines and visual toolkits.
• Familiar with AI-enabled tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create breakthrough brand visuals for Mattel Venture toy packaging from concept to production.
• Lead packaging strategy and design execution from early exploration through final delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, and external partners.
• Present concepts to senior leadership and defend design decisions.
