Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional packaging or graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional packaging design craft and storytelling.
• Experience establishing packaging brand guidelines and styleguides.
• Experience in packaging design from concept through production including structure and materials.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and responsible usage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization, rendering, prototyping, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of breakthrough brand identities for Doll packaging from concept to production.
• Build brand guidelines, styleguides, and design systems clarifying codes, typography, color, and packaging principles.
• Collaborate on strategy, concept development, and design execution from early exploration to production.
• Translate insights and business strategy into clear creative narratives and presentations.
• Develop sketches, concepts, 3D mockups, renderings, and presentation-ready visuals.
• Utilize AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate ideation and visualization while maintaining design integrity.
• Present concepts to cross-functional teams and executives and manage external partners.
