Job summary

NMDP in Minneapolis is seeking a Manager, Procurement Operations to lead the systems, processes, and people that drive efficient procurement. The role emphasizes procurement technology and transformation, with hands-on ownership of implementat ion or migration of procure-to-pay and contracting platforms.

The position oversees daily purchasing workflows, governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to standardize processes, manage risk, and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in procurement or sourcing operations with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and source-to-pay platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or IBM Maximo; direct experience with Ironclad and/or Oracle Fusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations and service delivery across purchasing and source-to-settle processes, setting priorities and standards.
• Oversee procurement technology, data, and P2P platforms; maintain configurations, access, data integrity, and controls.
• Drive system implementations, migrations, testing, training, and user adoption of procure-to-pay tools.
