Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations, P2P to drive scalable, compliant P2P operations across the organization. You will connect procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and suppliers to align processes, technology, controls, and priorities, establishing scalable operating mechanisms and end-to-end visibility.

You will lead a team, implement the P2P roadmap, and improve end-to-end processes with a focus on automation and governance; remote-to-hybrid transition is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years leading P2P operations at scale and in related fields.
• Experience with T&E operations, expense policies, and compliance controls.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve end-to-end P2P operations to scale with growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing P2P Business Operations team with clear roles.
• Execute the P2P roadmap and translate S2P strategy into priorities.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, governance cadences for visibility.
• Drive improvements across requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
