Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Manager, P2P Procurement Excellence to lead the operational backbone of a global, AI-enabled procurement organization. This hands-on role owns requisition through purchase order and clean handoff into the ERP – ensuring transactions are fast, compliant, low-touch, and accurate before they reach downstream finance processes.

The role partners with IT, Finance Systems, and Category teams to drive automation, standardization and KPI visibility across regions and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations from requisition through PO issuance and ERP integration.
• Manage buying channel strategy and enablement, including catalogs and channel compliance.
• Lead supplier onboarding and data accuracy of the supplier master.
• Configure P2P systems and workflows across Coupa, Jaggaer and SAP Ariba.
• Define and maintain SOPs, training, and support models.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, touchless order rate, catalog coverage and PO accuracy.
