Job summary

ssacareers is seeking a Senior P2P Program Manager to drive the U.S. region from implementation to fully integrated operations within the IFS/SAP/Oracle ERP ecosystem.

You will own P2P processes, partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, and push for continuous improvement in end-to-end P2P lifecycle. The role requires 5+ years in P2P program management, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) programs in global/shared services environments.
• Direct experience supporting procurement system implementations and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P stabilization roadmap for U.S. with SOPs and user adoption in ERP.
• Own operational support for P2P processes including purchasing, requisitioning, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with IT and Global teams to resolve defects and enhancements and ensure compliance.
