Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Manager, Global P2P Accounting Operations to lead worldwide AP and Procure-to-Pay processes. This remote US role reports to the Assistant Controller and partners with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders to ensure accurate accounting across regions.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize PO matching, and oversee global disbursements, tax compliance, and SOX control readiness as the backbone of the P2P function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or global AP/shared services experience.
• 3+ years managing multi-entity or global AP/P2P accounting operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and P2P automation tools such as NetSuite, Zip or Coupa.
• Public company or late-stage pre-IPO environment with mature internal controls and audit rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP operations and P2P workflow execution; partner with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders.
• Drive PO matching (2-way/3-way), invoice processing, and vendor onboarding controls at scale.
• Oversee international AP operations, multi-currency processing, and regional tax compliance (VAT/GST).
• Establish KPIs for invoice cycle times, PO matching accuracy, and cost per invoice; minimize manual friction points.
• Own month-end close accuracy and subledger integrity across global entities; govern accrual methodologies.
• Design and enforce a SOX-aligned internal control framework and support audits.
