Job summary

Carrix, Inc./SSA Marine, Inc. seeks a P2P Program Manager to lead the transition to integrated P2P operations across the U.S. Reporting to the Global Procurement Operations Leader, you will own P2P processes and drive system adoption in the ERP landscape.

You will collaborate with Procurement, AP, IT, and finance to standardize workflows, resolve issues, and deliver continuous improvements, with a hybrid work setup in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive P2P program management or related experience.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations (IFS, SAP, Oracle) in global/shared services environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P operations and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from implementation to fully integrated P2P operations across the U.S.
• Own day-to-day P2P processes: purchasing, requisitioning, receiving, supplier management, and invoice processing.
• Drive standardization, system adoption, and user training to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Partner with IT and global teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support testing/deployments.
• Monitor metrics and translate issues into process improvements and architectural changes.
