The role involves acting as a technical underwriting expert, identifying opportunities, strengthening existing products, and partnering across business units to implement cost-effective improvements and consistent governance.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years of commercial P&C multi-line underwriting and product management experience.
• Experience with large and small accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and risk selection.

Aufgaben

• Identifies, evaluates and manages market trends, regulatory changes and emerging issues; provides reports and recommendations for profitable growth.
• Analyzes books of business and makes recommendations on pricing, programs and risk selection.
• Develops and monitors underwriting policies, procedures and governance across units.
• Leads new market and product development, including business cases and implementation planning.
• Drafts products, guidelines and authority letters for new programs in multi-line commercial insurance.
• Evaluates reinsurance structures and policy wordings for renewals.
