AF Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for new product development and ongoing enhancements across commercial property and casualty lines. You will drive product design, coverages, and regulatory filings while ensuring enterprise-wide consistency and governance.

The role requires extensive P&C underwriting expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across operating units and the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of commercial property and casualty underwriting.
• Strong multi-line commercial P&C experience with technical knowledge.
• Experience with industry designations preferred (CIC/AU/CPCU).
• Ability to read and interpret policy documents and financial information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes underwriting trends, laws, and best practices; recommends actions.
• Develops forms, rule manuals, and coordinates rate development.
• Leads new market and product development through the Product Development Life Cycle.
• Represents department on committees and at events.
• Translates business requirements into designs and technology solutions.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports enterprise cost-containment strategies.
• Delivers training programs at Operating Unit and Enterprise levels.
