AF Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new market and product development for multiple commercial lines, including property and casualty underwriting excellence. This role operates in a remote, enterprise-wide environment, collaborating with operating units to translate business needs into product design and governance standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive P&C underwriting experience, strong regulatory and filing knowledge, and the ability to manage complex programs

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of commercial property and casualty underwriting
• Experience in insurance product development and ideation
• Ability to build multi-line capabilities for enterprise

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes underwriting trends, issues, laws, regulations and best practices, and recommends actions.
• Develops admitted and non-admitted forms and rule manuals, coordinates rate development, and facilitates internal form committee alignment.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and advises management on solutions.
• Develops and presents training and programs at Operating Unit and Enterprise levels.
• Represents the department and enterprise on approved committees and events.
• Leads new market and product development for multiple commercial lines through the Product Development Life Cycle.
• Collaborates with operating units and serves as liaison to departments involved in new market and product development.
