You will oversee business cases, opportunity analysis, product design, coverage language and implementation through the Product Development Life Cycle, collaborating with operating units and enterprise committees.

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Math, Finance, or related field required.
• Progress toward CIC/AU/CPCU preferred and encouraged.
• Continuous learning as defined by the company's philosophy is required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes underwriting trends, issues, laws, regulations and best practices, and recommends actions.
• Develops forms and rate development, coordinates form committee alignment.
• Leads new market and product development through the Product Development Life Cycle.
• Translates business requirements into functional designs and technology solutions.
