Job summary

AF Group is seeking a senior product management professional to drive new product development and enhancements for commercial property and casualty offerings. The role supports enterprise-wide consistency, manages complex processes, and leads initiatives across multiple lines of business.

You will guide filings, training, and governance while collaborating with operating units. The position requires a deep P&C underwriting background, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Math, Finance, or a related field required.
• Progress toward CIC/AU/CPCU preferred; certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes underwriting trends, laws, and regulations and recommends actions.
• Develops admitted/non-admitted forms; coordinates rate development and form committee alignment.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and advises management on solutions.
• Leads new market and product development for commercial lines through the product lifecycle.
• Collaborates with units; serves as liaison to departments involved in product development.
• Establishes enterprise quality-control and governance standards.
