Job summary

AF Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead new market and product development for multiple commercial lines, including business cases, coverage language and lifecycle implementation. This remote role supports enterprise-wide consistency and governance across operating units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Progress toward professional designations preferred.
10+ years of commercial property & casualty underwriting experience.
Experience with multi-line commercial P&C.
Strong knowledge of underwriting practices.

Responsibilities

Analyze underwriting trends, laws, regulations and best practices.
Develop admitted and non-admitted forms and rate manuals, coordinate rate development.
Identify improvement opportunities and advise management.
Develop and present training programs at unit and enterprise levels.
Serve as a technical expert responding to questions from operating units.
Collaborate to advance enterprise cost-containment strategies.
Lead new market and product development for multiple commercial lines via Product Development Life Cycle.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and technology solutions.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
