AF Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead new market and product development for multiple commercial lines. You will drive business cases, opportunity analysis, product design, and coverage language through the Product Development Life Cycle, coordinating with Operating Units and enterprise committees.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Math, Finance, or related field required; professional designations preferred.
• Minimum ten years of commercial property and casualty underwriting with multi-line expertise.
• Experience with product development and ideation for insurance products.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies and filing processes is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes underwriting trends, laws, regulations, and best practices to recommend actions.
• Develops forms, rule manuals, coordinates rate development, and aligns with forms committee.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and advises management on solutions.
• Leads new market and product development through the Product Development Life Cycle.
