Job summary

WSP is seeking a POWER Testing and Energization Senior P&C Field Services Technician to join our team across multiple U.S. locations, including Arizona.

You will perform advanced testing and commissioning of Protection and Control systems in high voltage substations, lead on-site activities, and provide technical direction to junior staff. You will follow safety standards, use ProTesT and Omicron tools, coordinate with subcontractors, maintain logs, and help ensure regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 9 years in electrical testing (MV/HV breakers, transformers, relays).
• Experience with protection and control testing and relay calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning of Protection and Control systems on high voltage substations.
• Lead on-site field activities and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide input to field schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
