Insurance Office of America seeks an organized Private Client Group Account Associate with 2+ years in personal lines. This fully remote role supports the California personal lines market and requires an active P&C license with state licensing ability.

You will handle policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service. Ideal candidates excel in multi-tasking, accuracy, and customer service, and can collaborate with Account Managers to grow and retain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in all states.
• Experience with multiple carriers preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High accuracy in handling large workloads and detail orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and proactive support.
• Process policy servicing tasks like endorsements and cancellations.
• Coordinate with carriers to meet underwriting requirements.
• Prepare proof of insurance and manage client communications.
• Support account managers to service books of business.
• Assist with claims processes and maintain records.
