You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to renewals, travel up to 25%, and collaborate with leadership to tailor insurance plans for clients and prospects. The role emphasizes ownership and active participation in industry events and community boards.

Qualifications

• California Property & Casualty License required.
• 4+ years experience as a Property & Casualty Risk Advisor preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create your Personal Excellence Plan with Sales Manager and President.
• Identify, develop and nurture relationships with prospects and centers of influence.
• Leverage a system to maintain contact and add value to prospects, centers of influence and clients.
• Provide risk management/loss prevention advice to prospects and clients.
• Cross-sell the agency’s services.
• Travel as required (prospect & client meetings, mostly local) up to 25% of the time.
• Proactively work on renewals to ensure services are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in marketing accounts with key relationships and product expertise.
• Review proposals prior to meetings with clients.
• Work with the team to design insurance plans and recommend coverages.
• Document all material conversations in Epic with insureds and/or carriers.
• Deliver presentations for professional associations, community events, partner webinars.
• Join and participate in non-profit organizations and sit on community boards.
