Insurance Office of America seeks a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate for a fully remote role serving California personal lines accounts. Active P&C license required with ability to license in all states. Prior California personal lines experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of personal lines experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Experience with multiple carriers preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by proactively anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance, and implement feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and continuing education/licensing requirements.
• Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen insurance knowledge and technical skills.
