Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as on-site Owner's Representative for a portfolio of complex federal projects, including construction, tenant improvements, and asset management. You will lead cross-functional teams from requirements through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will advise government stakeholders, develop plans, manage risk, and coordinate with operations, security, and design teams to minimize disruption and deliver

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing complex construction, facilities, infrastructure or capital programs.
• Proven track record leading client-facing programs and portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and performance baselines.
• Advise Government stakeholders on execution, risks, costs, and acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and facility personnel.
• Review designs, drawings, specifications, and procurement documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare status reports and briefings for Government leadership.
• Coordinate substantial completion, turnover, and closeout activities.
