Job summary

Bonewitz+Co is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as Owner’s Representative for capital projects. You will lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth within a trusted, agile environment.

You will manage client objectives, budgets, schedules and risk, guiding projects from inception through occupancy while maintaining executive-level reporting and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction-related fields such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressive construction project leadership, including 4+ years as Owner’s Representative with direct client accountability.
• Leadership of multiple projects through lifecycle: inception to post-occupancy.
• Experience aligning scope with client budget, schedule, and risk tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to owners, executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead multiple high-value projects from conception through design, construction, readiness and occupancy.
• Clarify objectives, scope and outcomes with clients.
• Design and implement plans to meet budget, schedule, risk, and performance goals.
• Develop, track and forecast detailed total project budget and schedule.
• Manage soft costs including FF&E, signage, security, IT.
• Lead contract development and administration with parties.
