Job summary

Peregrine Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as Owner’s Representative on large-scale federal campus projects. You will oversee change orders, RFIs, pay apps, schedules, and cost controls while coordinating with contractors, designers, and internal teams.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of building systems, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including projects in design while construction continues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, Engineering, or Architecture field.
• CCM certification or professional licensure preferred.
• 8+ years of Federal construction experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s primary representative across all active construction phases for a large federal campus program.
• Monitor and report on cost, schedule, and quality; manage risk and change control processes.
