Job summary

Peregrine Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as the Owner's Representative for large-scale federal campus construction programs. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams while coordinating with designers, contractors, and government stakeholders.

The role demands strong organizational skills, deep building-system knowledge, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or BA in architecture is required/strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of Federal construction experience.
• Experience with $150M+ new federal construction projects.
• CCM certification or licensure preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project; familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s primary representative across all active construction phases of a large-scale federal campus program.
• Monitor and manage program budget status and cost trends; communicate with the Owner.
• Identify schedule risks and coordinate look-ahead planning with all parties.
• Oversee quality management, safety, and contract administration for the program.
