Qualifications

• Experience as owner’s project manager on federal projects.
• Experience as PM/CM representing a federal agency.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling and controls.
• Experience preparing independent change order estimates.
• Proficient with PROLOG or E-Builder platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in A/E/CM; CCM/AIA/PE or 20 years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist a major federal agency to manage projects in the Washington, DC area.
• Work with the agency’s Project Managers to complete projects from start to end, on time and cost-effectively in compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead the project team on each assignment.
