The role requires US citizenship, potential TS/SCI clearance, and a track record on projects over $50M, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification or equivalent.
• 15+ years in project management with 3+ years as Senior Project/Team Leader.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience on projects >$50M, horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied.
• OSHA safety certification completed within the last 3 years.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present reports and brief clients.
• Ability to conduct meetings to resolve issues and brief management; provide material take-offs if requested.
• Cleared facility construction experience; understands USAF/USSF infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for program-related activities.
• Maintains strong client and community relations.
• Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure milestones are met for each phase.
• Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of project and program activities for higher-level management and clients.
