Job summary

Peregrine Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as Owner's Representative on federal campus construction. You will oversee change orders, RFIs, pay apps, schedules, and cost controls while coordinating with designers, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, deep building systems knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple design and construction workstreams with clear communication. DC-area office or sites are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or BA in architecture is required.
• 8+ years of Federal experience.
• Experience with $150M+ new federal (GSA, DoD) construction projects.
• Experience with P-100 (Facilities Standards for the Public Buildings Service).
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation is a plus.
• US person status with ability to obtain/maintain federal site access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner's primary representative across all active construction phases of a large-scale federal campus program.
• Coordinate with Owner, designer, contractor, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Monitor program budget status, cost trends, and variances; report findings regularly.
• Identify schedule risks and support proactive look-ahead planning.
• Oversee quality management, safety, and closeout activities throughout construction.
• Facilitate contract administration and risk management; maintain clear records.
• Prepare executive-level status reports covering schedule, cost, risk, and performance.
