NSB Omega is seeking a Great Lakes Marine Dock Owners Representative to oversee the GLX dock and terminal scope from definition to startup, with the ability to independently challenge EPC and engineering recommendations, while ensuring safety, reliability, cost control, and operability.

The role requires extensive experience in owner’s engineering and marine terminals, with remote design-review support and substantial field presence during construction and commissioning in Toledo, OH.

Competenze

• 10+ years in owner’s engineering, project engineering, refinery/offsites, marine terminals, ports, or waterfront infrastructure.
• Experience with hydrocarbon docks, product-transfer systems and loading facilities.
• Experience with marine-dock vapor destruction units and dock systems integration.

Mansioni

• Represent the Client as the single-point Owner’s Representative for the Great Lakes marine dock and terminal scope.
• Review FEL/FEED, detailed design, estimates, schedules, and contractor deliverables.
• Coordinate interfaces across marine, civil/structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, controls, operations and regulatory teams.
• Lead constructability, operability, maintainability, and startup-readiness reviews.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractor performance; provide leadership updates.
