Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Docking Engineer - Senior Specialist/Principal to lead maintenance readiness and material management for floating assets at Groton. You will coordinate docking operations, work with facilities and engineering, and draft responses to government stakeholders while ensuring compliance with MIL-STD-1625D and NSTM Chapter 997.

The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record in safety, quality, cost, and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• 15+ years of experience managing material readiness of facilities or maritime barges and ships.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, cost, schedule, process improvement, and communications.
