Airswift seeks an seasoned professional for Great Lakes Marine Dock (Owners Rep) in Toledo, OH. The role spans project definition, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and startup with focus on safety, reliability, cost, schedule and operability.

You will oversee hydrocarbon docks, product-transfer systems, brownfield revamps and contractor oversight across engineering, construction and operations during all phases of the project.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in owners engineering, project engineering, refinery offsites, marine terminals, ports, or waterfront infrastructure.
• Direct experience with hydrocarbon docks, product-transfer systems, loading facilities, brownfield revamps, and contractor oversight.
• Demonstrated experience supporting construction, commissioning, turnover, and startup activities.
• Experience overseeing refinery-to-dock interfaces across engineering, construction, and operational phases.
• Experience with marine-dock vapor destruction units, including design review, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience adding flush tanks and associated dock systems, including piping, controls, utilities, drainage, and operating interfaces.

Job Title

Great Lakes Marine Dock (Owners Rep)

Duration

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; typically 40 hours per week, with potential to increase to 50-60 hours per week during construction and startup periods.

Location

Toledo, OH (Remote during initial phases with on-site presence required for kick off).

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in owners engineering, project engineering, refinery offsites, marine terminals, ports, or waterfront infrastructure

• Demonstrated experience supporting construction, commissioning, turnover, and startup activities

• Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to independently challenge engineering and EPC recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of marine permitting and regulatory interfaces

PE, PMP, marine engineering, or operations credentials
