Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 11 years of cost estimating experience.
• Experience with IGEs, cost analysis, and budget development.
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and construction practices.
• Ability to use cost estimation software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of US procurement laws and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates across project life cycles.
• Develop CWEs, IGEs, and cost analyses for design and construction options.
• Conduct risk analyses and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency with office standards.
• Provide guidance on pricing, proposals, and contract cost management.
