• Mentorship and project leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client interaction and meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of distribution/transmission projects up to 138kV.
• Draft initial project layouts and schedules for efficient execution.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on project status and deliverables.
• Mentor staff on design, QA/QC, and construction methods.
