Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Overhead Distribution/Transmission Line Project Engineer for the West Region. This hybrid role supports offices in Salt Lake City, UT and other locations, with occasional client-site travel.

You will lead and mentor teams on 46 kV–138 kV overhead projects, coordinate design, scheduling, QA/QC, and advance technical excellence within WSP's Power Delivery practice. The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple offices and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with overhead distribution/transmission project experience.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering of distribution/transmission projects up to 138 kV.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and lead project meetings.
• Provide technical leadership in planning, design, and delivery of line projects.
• Mentor team members on design methods, construction specs, and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
