Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage client payroll processes and ensure accuracy within their payroll systems. You will support implementation teams, train clients on payroll processes, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Responsibilities include processing payrolls, updating records, calculating bonuses or severance, and preparing earnings/tax reports while meeting client deadlines and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, experience can substitute for the degree.
• CPP certification is preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software is required.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy and organization.
