Qualifications

• 3 yrs relevant payroll experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP WFN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls to meet client deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Establish strong and trusted client relationships through payroll consultation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Convey detailed information in written and verbal form to clients.
• Provide technical software support to clients.
• Identify out-of-scope work and new opportunities to expand services.
