Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Outsourced Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate payroll processing for clients, supported by ADP RUN knowledge and strong client service skills. You will work on implementing payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, and maintaining data confidentiality in a deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience, CPP preferred, and proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll information is accurate in the client’s payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update records and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Maintain confidential employee data and provide client software support.
