Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Specialist, Outsourced Payroll (ADP WFN) to support a portfolio of client payrolls from remote locations across the United States. You will ensure payroll data accuracy, manage timely processing, and generate detailed reports while collaborating with clients and the implementation team to deliver services on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs relevant payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP WFN software and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and provide payroll consulting.
• Assist with implementation projects and client training as needed.
