• Proven mentoring of new sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of company products, services and operations.
• Advanced interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve sales challenges.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by boarding new business partner prospects
• Prospect through outreach emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
• Deliver solution-driven presentations to business partners
• Educate business partners on the payments industry
• Mentor and train sales team members
• Nurture and qualify new leads that turn into quality appointments
• Join local networking groups to build your brand
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales milestones
• Work with local Business Advocates and Division Director for training and development
• Organize your day and week around competing demands
• Be a positive contributor and mentor to the sales organization
