Wiseway Supply in Lexington, KY is seeking an outside sales representative to grow our luxury plumbing and lighting brands with builders, designers, and remodelers. This field-based role offers an uncapped commission opportunity, a guaranteed base salary, and access to our showroom and product experts.

Qualifications

• Established outside sales experience in the Lexington / Central Kentucky building products market — existing relationships with builders, remodelers, or designers strongly preferred.
• A history of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-eligible sales role.
• Familiarity with custom home building, remodeling, or production (single-family or multi-family) building processes
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel to job sites, offices, and design studios throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Territory by prospecting and developing new accounts with builders, designers, and remodelers.
• Own the Relationship as the primary contact, understanding projects and specifying products.
• Present and quote our plumbing and lighting lines, coordinating showroom visits.
• Stay Ahead of the Market by tracking pipelines, permits, and project timelines in your territory.
• Deliver on Your Numbers by managing the sales pipeline and targets.
