Priority Dispatch Corp. in Lexington, KY, seeks a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager for our luxury plumbing and lighting showroom. You will lead a team, drive revenue growth, and partner with marketing, operations, and design professionals to optimize presentation and client experience.

The role targets builders, designers, and high-end homeowners; you will develop sales plans, manage inventory and displays, and report on performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years luxury retail/showroom management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning and budget/forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM software; ERP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Lead and mentor showroom associates to exceed sales and operational goals.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and designers to drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing on collateral, promotions, and campaigns.
• Oversee inventory, displays, and showroom aesthetics to reflect latest trends.
